When can you wear service cap?
The service cap is no longer a mandatory uniform item for enlisted personnel (Exception the Honor Guard) and officers below the rank of Major. Straight from AFI 36-2903: Service cap is mandatory for Majors and above and optional for all others.
How do you wear your garrison cap?
